Competency Officer

Responsibilities:

* Competency & Assessment

Task:
1. Designing models, dictionaries, and competency profiles
2. Implementing competency mapping
3. Creating employee competency development programs
4. Implement CBHRM in all aspects of HR

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent.
* Required skill (s): competency design, assessment tools.
* Preferred skill (s): CBHRM.
* At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator / Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job Role in Organizational Development / Change Management or equivalent.
