Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in law, psychology, management, literature, industrial engineering preferably from social science
- Maximum of 35 years old
- Having 3 years working experience in coordinating training & development
- Preferably has exposure at insurance company
- Effective in English orally as well as in writing
