karena bidang yang saya tekuni ini, tidak semua orang bisa menjalaninya dan mengerjakannya, mereka yang bergabung bersama ke dalam unit saya, diharuskan melalui masa pelatihan yang Intensif selama 1 bulan, lalu setelah itu di wajibkan untuk memiliki Lisensi Menjual, karena tanpa Surat Ijin Menjual ini, maka sangat di larang untuk bisa menjual barang yang unik ini.

Hal ini mungkin tidak baik untuk di contoh, saya mau bercerita, 12 tahun yang lalu ketika saya masih bekerja di sebuah Bank Swasta di bilangan HR Rasuna Said, Teman saya tanpa sepengetahuan saya, di kantor, mengundang suatu yang harusnya tidak boleh di lakukan oleh siapapun juga, karena hal ini menimbulkan dosa, yaitu kami mengundang seorang Peramal Tarot dan Kopi, ya memang ini tidak boleh, namun waktu telah berlalu tanpa bisa kita cegah.

Saat itu sang Peramal berkata "kamu akan mengerjakan suatu bidang pekerjaan yang tidak semua orang bisa melakukannya, namun saya bisa mengerjakannya, katanya"
saat itu peramal pun tidak bisa menjawab secara pasti pekerjaan apakah itu.

Waktu yang telah membuktikannya, ya saya saat ini sedang menekuninya bidang yang dikatakannya itu. bukan MLM, Pada saat itu saya hanya terheran-heran, dan juga belum tahu pekerjaan apakah itu ?, .....tapi saat ini saya sudah tahu.

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking an individual for the position of Maintenance Superintendent, (FSN-87/2010) in the Facility Maintenance Unit (FMU). The incumbent serves as the Facility Operation Engineer who is responsible for the maintenance operation within the Embassy compounds including major building systems and related equipment. S/He plans, executes, and coordinates daily operation for facility maintenance at all USG properties. S/He will be the point of contact for coordinating all maintenance works in the Embassy and residences. The incumbent supervises and oversees preventive maintenance programs, building systems repair, plans major and special projects, and supervises all technical works to get efficient operation.

Qualifications required:
1. University Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
2. At least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance area, includes mechanical, maintenance planning, estimating and inspection, are required. Three (3) years supervision role of maintenance staff. Hands on experience in the building maintenance system, operation and equipment.
3. Level Ill (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/reading/writing in English, and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing in Bahasa Indonesia are required.
4. Must have deep knowledge in building maintenance system, operation and equipment. Has to know U.S. Government rules and regulations, advance knowledge on construction engineering, techniques and management skill are required. A wide range and in depth of engineering expertise in both local and U.S. standard, codes and practices is required.
5. Must be able to utilize sophisticated maintenance tools to track, record, troubleshoot and fine tuning of M&E work. A skill of principle building structure analysis, roofing structures, plumbing expertise, climate control knowledge and experience, heat ventilation and air condition advanced knowledge, pumping and fluid transfer advanced knowledge.
6. Familiar with software, advance knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and general knowledge of AutoCAD are required.
